Foundation took on Project Management, breaking delivery into phases while managing infrastructure upgrades. We engaged with stakeholders early, built trust, and coordinated design/contractor input to keep phases moving without disruption.
Outcome
The campus is being progressively brought back into use, with buildings refurbished and re-occupied. Foundation’s structured, phased approach gives stakeholders confidence and ensures programme delivery without surprises.
